Stellaris always behind in tech
網頁So I started a new game on Hard Difficulty and I am about six hours into the game and I have by far the largest empire in the known universe. I also have the largest navy by far however I am so far behind in technology it is pathetic and I don't know why they are outrageously more advanced than me and I have research mines on every planet etc. Why?

Then if you want tech start making a minimum of 25% of your planets tech planets. A standard AI, holding maybe an eighth of the galaxy in end game, would have sprawl limiters in the 1k+ range just from pops. The 3k-5k research they might have from sector and random research buildings would be divided a dozen times or so just from that.

I don't even rush tech in fact I go out of my way to make it a non priority and still the AI gets horrifically behind and this is on Grand Admiral by the way.
