Web11 apr 2013 · Short Version: -98' TJ 4.0L. -Cranks but no start. -Fuel pump doesn't prime when key is turned to "run". -No spark. -Already swapped a fuel pump and CPS with no luck. -Also swapped all relays with the horn relay to make sure they were working.
