WebGeForce is bear bones, no need to really set up anything because there's nothing to set up. Hit play and you're done. You have no benefits such as applying overlays when you get a new follow, subscription, bits, etc as well as using filters. As to comparing it to OBS, the big plus for Shadowplay is that it's simpler. It doesn't ever seem to have encoding issues, it's easy to understand.
